April 8, 2026 – The Green Button Alliance (GBA) today announced a 2026 media partnership with Innovate UtilityCX (IUCX), the leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing excellence in utility customer service and customer experience. Through this collaboration, GBA will serve as an official Media Partner, supporting industry education, knowledge sharing, and thought leadership across IUCX initiatives, including the IUCX 50th Annual Conference, taking place April 14–16, 2026, at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida.
For more than five decades, IUCX has brought together utility professionals to share insights, foster collaboration, and explore innovations shaping the future of customer engagement. The annual conference serves as a key gathering for industry leaders to delve into critical topics such as digital transformation, billing and payments, credit and collections, analytics, and evolving best practices.
